MemoGhost respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

Data Collected

MemoGhost may collect the following data:

• Email (for account creation and management)
• User-created memory content
• Photos attached to memories (if used)
• Files attached to memories (if used)
• Technical and app usage data (through Firebase)
• Data voluntarily submitted through feedback (through Firebase)
• Data related to Premium purchase verification and management (through RevenueCat)
• Advertising-related data (through Google AdMob)

Feedback and Support

The app may collect data voluntarily entered by users through feedback, bug report, or feature suggestion functions.

This data may include:

• Submitted message
• Name (optional)
• Email address (if the user is authenticated)

Data is stored for the time necessary to provide the service or until deletion is requested by the user.

Notifications

The app may request permission to send push notifications to the device.

These notifications are used exclusively to improve the user experience (for example reminders, appointments, or updates).

Users can disable notifications at any time from their device settings.

Camera Usage

The app may request access to the device camera exclusively for internal functions related to creating or managing memories.

Images are not shared with third parties without user consent.

Access to Photos and Documents

The app may request access to the device photo library or documents exclusively to allow users to attach content to their memories.

Use of Data

Collected data is used to:

• Provide and improve the service
• Manage user accounts
• Save, synchronize, and restore memories across devices associated with the same account
• Manage Premium purchases
• Display advertisements (if applicable)
• Allow transfer of memories created in Guest mode to a MemoGhost account created later by the user

Data Storage

Data may be stored on secure cloud services used by the app (Firebase).

Photos, attached files, and synchronized memories may be stored on cloud services necessary for app functionality.

We adopt appropriate measures to protect information from unauthorized access.

Memories created in Guest mode may be stored locally on the device until they are transferred to a MemoGhost account.

Data Sharing

Data is NOT sold.

Some data may be processed by third-party services used by the app:

• Firebase (Google) – authentication, database, cloud storage of content, and feedback management
• Google AdMob
• RevenueCat

User Rights

Users can:

• Access their data
• Modify or delete their data
• Request account deletion

When a user deletes a memory from their account, associated content is also removed from cloud services used by the app.

Security

We use authentication and protection systems to help ensure data security.

Changes

This policy may be updated over time. Changes will be communicated through the app.
